New modENCODE publication from the Lieb lab
Jason Lieb’s lab, at the University of North Carolina, recently published their ChIP-chip experiments on RNA Polymerase II and htz-1 (a histone variant) in the September issue of PLoS Genetics. Their data tracks can now be viewed on the modENCODE C. elegans Genome Browser.
