modMine release 20
Release 20 of modMine is out to coincide with the publication of 2 papers of the modENCODE consortium on the journal Science (see post).
It contains 44 experiments. The experiments are composed by 1116 submissions, 805 of which relate to D. melanogaster, 307 to C. elegans and 2 each to D. mojavensis and D. pseudoscura.
New in this release:
- A cleaner and more researcher oriented front page, with easier acces to the various tools developed by the modENCODE consortium.
- Access to the GBrowse viewer for the genome-wide map of the chromatin landscape for Drosophila melanogaster.
- Access to the Park Lab viewer, which allows a folded view of the same chromatin landscape, and consider also other type of data (DHS, TSS, replication, etc).
- Heat map expression display for list of genes.
